ENCONET is experienced in engineering analysis and has provided support to utilities in relation to numerous regulatory and licensing issues. This includes the establishment of engineering support of applicable requirements, development of safety cases, identification of applicable criteria and performance of safety reviews including formal Periodic safety reviews.

Design and Implementation

ENCONET’s experience includes all phases of the engineering project development, from preparation and feasibility studies over conceptual and detailed design to implementation and commissioning. ENCONET’s experience is in particular related to fluid systems including HVAC, electrical systems and the supports and structures as used in nuclear power plants and related facilities.

Modification Planning

Identification of needed upgrades determined with consideration of identified weaknesses, using risk insights was performed by ENCONET. Experience includes actual planning of various plant modifications, including safety screening and analysis and well as prioritization of modification to be implemented

Maintenance and Outage Planning

ENCONET Consulting capabilities include planning and optimization of maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, reliability centered maintenance (RCM), risk focused maintenance as well as safety focused outage planning. ENCONET experience also includes planning and implementation of the On-line maintenance activities.

Procedure Development

ENCONET experience includes development and implementation of various operational procedures, including, in particular, management procedures, such as modification, QA and specific working procedures.
