Organizational Changes

Our experience includes activities with various organizations in defining and adopting new organizational structures and developing strategic goals and action plans. We supported organizations internationally on development of procedures and organizational charts, defining the job descriptions as well as the requirements for various units and individual positions as well as introducing new structures.

Benchmarking

Of high interest is our experience in benchmarking both the organizations and individual processes within those. For those, ENCONET would develop a benchmark consisting of a structure and criteria. Then, through review, an organization (or a process) would compare it with the benchmark. This benchmark may be established on the basis of best experience of a peer group or a competitor. In its benchmarking activities, ENCONET would identify and engage (often from its own roaster of consultants) expertise which would be focused on the problem at stake. After benchmarking of a process or an organization, a report containing an action plan specifying and detailing main directions to be followed to address the problems identified would be prepared.

Management of Change

Management of change is a category of management consultancy where ENCONET successfully worked in the past. After identifying the direction and the goals for a change and analyzing the situation, ENCONET would work on supporting an organization in its change-process. This would involve various supporting activities including detailed scheduling and preparation of basic activities, coaching of staff to participate in the change process as well as supporting different organizational units through training and indoctrination.

Evaluation of Effectiveness

ENCONET has extensive experience in the preparation, implementation and analysis of the effectiveness of organization and/or programs. ENCONET worked on several projects in this area mainly for international organizations. For those, an objective set of criteria would be developed against which an organization or a program would be assessed to conclude about effectives, fulfillment of objectives, benefits achieved, etc. An evaluation of results achieved would serve as a basis for the establishment of a program for change or selection of a way forward.
