ENCONET has extensive experience in project consultancy relevant to all phases of project development and implementation. We have worked for international clients providing support on a variety of activities starting with feasibility studies, project preparation, tendering processes and tender evaluation to assessment of completed projects and auditing. We are also experienced in Project Management, having managed large projects on behalf of customers in both the public and private sectors.
Our project consultancy services cover all stages in the lifecycle of a project. The success of our services reflects the expertise and experience of our staff accumulated through project development for a variety of clients with very different aims and work styles.

Strategic Planning and Action Plans

ENCONET worked on strategic planning for various projects. Some of these involved site investigation as well as assessment of local conditions. Others investigated the ability of an organization to accept changes. Action plans would be developed to enable the gradual implementation of complex activities.

Project Preparation

ENCONET is well versed in the preparation of projects, including development of generic and project-specific terms of references (TOR) to be used as a basis for international tendering. For these, ENCONET would investigate the boundary conditions and possible ways of project implementation, and reflect all external requirements in a carefully designed TOR/RFQ.

Tender Evaluations

ENCONET staff performed tender evaluations for various customers including the EC. For tender evaluation, ENCONET staff will collect the information of relevance to independently assess the suppliers. ENCONET will also perform a critical technical evaluation of the scope of supply offered by tenderers.

Independent Project Assessment

ENCONET has been performing independent assessment of projects and/or formal project audits internationally. For project assessment initially an assessment schedule would be developed and then elements of the project assessed against the criteria.

Assistance for Self Assessment

ENCONET provided assistance to support the performance of Self-assessment activities to international organizations. This encompasses the identification of criteria, development of format and structures and independent verification of the results.
