In all areas of its expertise ENCONET offers highly specialized training at a customer premises, or other locations.
The training activities offered include:
- Classroom based training
- Training courses
- Seminars
- Workshops
- On-the-job training
- Coaching (individual and group)
One of the specialties of ENCONET is management training, where in a very short time period a relatively broad spectrum of information needs to be presented. For such training ENCONET would additionally engage leading international experts.
Training could be provided in English or other languages, as requested by the customer. ENCONET has provided training in German, Spanish, Czech, Slovenian, Russian and other languages.
After an agreement with the customer on the objective and scope, ENCONET would develop the outline of the training, detailing lectures and other activities and their specific content and duration. Following the approval by the customer, ENCONET will engage expertise and develop all the lecturing material including handouts. These, in a form of a folder will be delivered to the customer in advance of the training. Typically, a training event would be evaluated by the participants at the closure of the training event to assure that the aims of the training were addressed in full.
